Sometimes when i shut down my PC and later go on and start it, once it is done, i go to type in my password and it says preparing windows and goes into a state of almost like a guest mode. Then i have to shut down and restart my computer and then it logs into my account instead of a preparing windows for like a first time use state. How to deal with this matter?

You can enable the Built Admin account first and follow these steps:

Step 1:

Perform SFC Scan.
Step 2:

Please run Microsoft Safety Scanner to scan the computer for virus infections.
Step 3:

Please restart your PC and check if you are able to log in to your Default Profile.
