why I cannot type capital letters on my pc?

An hour ago, I meet a problem of being unable to tpye capital letters when I try to type cappital i by pessing the caps lock button. it makes me very sad. is there anybody to help me get rid of this?thank you.

I think it must be that your keyboard is broken already.
