How can I get wifi?

I cannot get wifi with my PC. And I don’t how to solve this problem. Can anyone help me? I will be much appreciated for you help.

Find the wireless network icon on your PC, then view available wi-fi networks by either right-clicking the icon and selecting "View Available Wireless Networks. After that choose the network to connect to by clicking the "Connect" button. Lastly, enter the security key.
