Did anyone have effective way to uninstall Windows Efficiency Kit?

I knew Windows Efficiency Kit is a rogue anti-virus program from the Rogue.FakeVimes family of computer infections. It is classified as a rogue because it pretends to be an anti-virus program, but will instead displays bogus scan results, report non-existing computer infections, and as well it does not allow me to run my normal applications.
I have been suffered from it for few months. At the begaining, I thought it was easy to me to handle it, and I did try a lot to uninstalled it. It was once uninstalled. But now it comes back again. So I ran a full scan to the system. It found some fragments of it. I guess that is the reason it comes to life again. And I can't locate those fragments and delete them.

Don't be frustrated. You have been dealt with it before, you should have confidence to handle it again.

Just believe you can make it gone soon
