I don't know what happens but my Firefox was taken over by Ask.com. Maybe I have downloaded something but I can't remember really. Is there anyone can help me solve this problem?

You also need to remove this ask.com in registry. You click start menu and you will see "Search programs and files" so you can enter "regedit". Then you can find all files and processes related to ask.com and delete them.

Be careful when you visit websites and download free programs. It's a good way to avoid your computer being infected by viruses and threats. :)
