Is VIPCoupon helpful or safe?

I recently view a website called VIPCoupon.com, it looks so interesting to me. And I did some searches on it, most information is mostly what I want. The only thing that I don't feel comfortable is some of its sponsored websites can easily pop up even though my mouse is just on it without clicking. And this happens all the time, which makes me having suspicion that VIPCoupon.com could be a malicious website. Is it a really malicious website?

I will believe it is a malicious website. Cause I don't feel anything to view websites having many pop-ups. Beware of it, you'd better get rid of it as soon as you can.

Actually it is a ad-supported website. Could be very annoying. Suggest you don't view it any more and remove it as quick as possible
