Popups promote various programs! Help!

My home page sometimes is changed to Static.icmapp.com. I always get promoted sites popping up on the browser. Can anyone help me solve the problem?

Try
1. Please close all your web browsers before deleting Static.icmapp.com malware.

2. Click Start button and then Control Panel

3. Click Add or Remove Programs

4. Locate and remove Static.icmapp.com toolbar and other unknown software or toolbars

5. Run your web browser

6. Click Tools and then click Manage Add-ons option

7. Click Toolbars and Extensions to disable Static.icmapp.com toolbar or other suspicious add-ons and then click Search Providers tab to remove unwanted search engine.

8. Search and delete files like HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies
